I'm trying to upload a postcard design that was first in publisher and then to a jpeg form to be sent in for prining at gotprint. They keep telling me that the dpi or dots per inch is 150 and it needs to be 300. Can't figure it out. Any help on this would be great.

Ah yes...our friends at gotprint strike again!

Here's how you do it in 2003.

Open the Publisher file (not the .jpg) and click

File...
Save As...
Save As Type... .jpg
Resolution...Change....click the Commercial Printing 300 DPI option
Save

your postcards will print better and more clear if they are an EPS file.

I think I figured it out. Changed the dpi to 300 in the jpeg format. Uploaded the files again hopefully it goes through? Thanks for the help guys.
