One of the Rental Neighborhoods we service for a Realtor is in Lockdown due to a Domestic dipute.
This doesn't normally happen in small town usa so the news is all excited.

Apparently they have made up inside, but there is quite a few police that wanna have a chat still : )

Kinda like watching paint dry to be honest. Been 11 hours now

Gotta be 80 police cars, swat the whole shabang.

Contacted The realtor an let him know about it. We deciphered it was not his property. He is outta town an Really appreciated the text about it.

Maybe he will call with a few jobs this week now : )

be glad you don't live in Albuquerque.

Claims someone made a very generous offer in the community to clean it for them.


I did a phone quote of 150 bla bla bla no higher than 300 sight unseen.

Depending on who cleans it. i may clean it again or my realtor for free. Gonna depend on what it looks like when they finish.

Since technically I work for the realty company and this would be one of my properties. Could I not show up to inspect the work being done?

Jus to make sure it is up to My Clients expectations : )

when you work for property management companys....it's lik putting all yor eggs in one basket that is controlled by some egomaniac that any number of things can make them blow up at any concievable moment over any concievable happenstance.......
i lost a $60,000.00 / year account because i wouldn't go to the owners bible study class every Wed evening...wanted to take the gnostic outta me...

True story on the resi work Bawb. If I had my way, my rig would be busy all day cleaning homes and then I'd push the Cimex at night. It might be tough to get ahead while you're playing the price game with the PM's.

The renter is having it cleaned. I was referred, they Trying to save the deposit.

Normally renter do not clean so PM calls me to clean it.
They hardly ever get a deposit back : )
