Grease droppings

It is about time to regrease this beast. Did a furniture job last week and ran the AT at 1300 rpms. Came out after an hour and see this. Very rarely does it ever drip grease. Maybe day after a grease job, but not right before it is due. What caused this? Running it too low rpm?

you should not have to replace anything......the dust cover keeps the dirt and crap out of the race and keeps the grease in.......most the time you can just wipe both sides off and snap it back into place..........
