I got this idea from Mike Wallace. It's a fitting that has a Spring loaded lock. A quick twist and it opens for the oil to drain. You can just add a hose and place it where it's most convenient. I'm going to order one for my ford and Isuzu. This one is for my 870.

Maybe. Its regular thread. I'm sure they have a size that will fit. It's going to save a little time when changing oil that's for sure. I can't stand any messes. Your hands will stay clean.

I like it, but not sure I'd want my oil to drain with a quick twist.

Maybe asking for touble? I don't know...

Look at the 8:00 minute mark for the cat pump on the Butler

at 7:50 I point them out on the Tuthill blower

at 9:00 start to show draining procedure on the Blower

No problem glad I could help. Makes changing the engine oil a breeze.

I love gadgets like this. They make life so much easier.
regular "pipe" (NPT) thread, Gene?

same thread as our QD's??

..L.T.A.

The one I got is regular threads like our quick disconnects. I don't know if they make any that are npt. Most drains probably don't use that thread but I'm not sure.

I use this one on my Honda engine.... It has a lockout so you "don't" accidentally turn it..... It's a lot cleaner than previous oil changes with my other motor...

That's the same company. They have 3 basic configurations.
