How many here have bought (and received) a 14" Greenhorn wand from Jeff (Greenie) in the last few months?

Take care,
Lisa

"streaking" is most likely just pile distortion.

so yes, turning down the pressure a bit and flowing more water should help.

are your jets striking the carpet right next to the back of the glide?
may just need an adjustment.

I will likely be down your way in 2 weeks time, if you haven't got the problem resolved by then I'll fix it, I'll have extra parts with me as well as current wands for comparison.

Yes, I think the "streaking" is pile distortion where the jets overlap. It is noticeable on some cut-piles. My jets (02s) are adjusted to strike as high on the glide as possible, which seems to minimize this effect.

Please send me some 03s or drop them off when you're here.

Are current GHs different from mine?

I didn't get one in the last few months but I have one and absolutely love it. Never thought I'd pick up a wand instead of an RX20 until I got my GH. Hands down the best wand on the market.
