I finally talked to Greenie for the first time yesterday and ordered his greenhorn wand and bayco relief valve. He filled me in on how high flow and the right relief valve will help improve our cleaning. He is a very nice and helpful guy and is a asset to the cleaning community.

I just hope it works.

You might want to kick that blower up a bit past 1600 also.

Oh, and try putting some prespray down first instead of putting it in with the emulsifier.

If you just wanted a lip I would have given you one of those, just a Teflon straw with a slit in it.

Take care,
Lisa

Congrats Joe.

You can expect a dramatic improvement in dry times & cleaning with that combo.

Apparently we know enough to spin it twice as fast as that....

Bob, if you are gonna dare to learn sumthin' new, try some 06 jets instead of teasing yourself with 04.....yes you have permission to turn down your psi a lil' as well.

depends on the dog

and it depends on the bone!

I was watching the GH wand operate today, 5x11003 jets at just under 500psi
Its just what I was trying to accomplish a couple years ago when I angled my jet towards the back lip of my wand. A couple years back I was watching my Drimaster Uph tool work and thinking that a wand could work that way to, except it would work better if the water was under pressure to get more penetration. Now I've got a GH wand and a SteamWay Uph tool, both of which work just as I described.

Well worth the money. It works slick.
AND with the glide, can't beat it.

Bob, buy a glide, you won't regret it.

Designed for by who? Not the blower company. The blower will easily take another 1000 rpm. Must be the rest of the Steam Genie system can't take it.

My 16 inch POS castex wand has been operating for years with the jets pointed just behind the slot. Its SS glides and well placed "Breather Holes" on the sides of the wand deny it locking down on cgd.
