Let us know how you like it as far as mixing and dilution rates go. Do you find it cost effective? As good or better than other products? I know Paul Lucas has some very good products as far as area rugs go. I have tried Silver solution and LST but find SS a little pricey for average use.

Yeah I've only used a little so far. I need to work it in more but haven't had many apartments lately. That's my testing ground.

INGREDIENT DISCLOSURE: Pentasodium Triphosphate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Phosphate, C9-11 Alcohols Ethoxylated, d-Limonene, Sodium C10-16 Alkylbenzenesulfonate, Water, Sodium Sulfate, Myrcene, Alpha-Pinene, Protease Enzyme. All labels for products sold in California require an ingredient disclosure on the label and listed on your brand website. SDS only require listing products that contribute primarily to any hazards. You do not want doctors researching 10 raws when probably only 2 are primarily the reason for any hazards.

In terms of label changes for the last 10 years we have had to change every label: for the GHS change from MSDS (we only had to throw away 25,000 labels around $5000 with good management), for the California Ingredient Disclosure law, and for many labels we had to add Prop 65 warnings for trace ingredients in many raws listed on the EPA Safer Ingredient List. Label changes are expensive from a labor perspective (175 formulas, over 400 sku's). Voluntary label changes are rare.

As a national distributor you would be amazed at how many pre-sprays we have to manage. We could cut it in half 2 times and still have too many choices which can overwhelm cleaners, sales and counter sales agents. I only wish we could limit our choices for better stock levels, more warehouse space, and making it simpler for everybody.

I’ll expand on my post a little. I don’t mind giving a review on a good product. Most products are good. It’s the customer service that stinks. I think sometimes we hope to get better customer service for leaving a good review. But that’s false.
Nobody wants to hear, “ can you imagine talking to Carpet Cleaners all day“.
If you don’t wanna sell shit to Carpet Cleaners don’t sell shit Carpet Cleaners need.
got Butler stuff a while back,(quite a long while) because I was ordering parts, so I figured , try their stuff.
MSDS they sent for those products were Fabpro. which I had already been getting locally from a Jan san dist.

The commonly known fact was news to me. My focus is primarily on what I make than what others make at this time in my career. It was of utmost importance when I was starting out in the early 2000's.
