Grout scrub brush

So I was looking on craigslist and one of the local guys that doesn't need to be on there had an ad, so I clicked on it. Some space age looking grout scrubber with a picture of a patent. Almost want to call him and ask what is this thing. I always had a idea of making a scrub brush with a sawzail.

I'm working on this using the cheap harbor freight multi tool.... Make it cheap to replace if or when it does break.... Saw-all are more pricey....
