I used to use hardball protector, the really sweet strawberry scent. I returned to a clients home a year after applying it to their carpet, moved the sofa and smelled strawberries, scratch and sniff carpeting.....

I prefer unscented now.

Love this stuff. And cs is great. Best product around. Get scented and ur customers will think u deodorized I think they have 10 scents I love baby powder. But the orange covers up urine smells and locks it in good. They also have unscented

It is used to seal tile n grout too.

I am definitely interested in learning more about hardball. Can we use it in California? i know there are some protector rules (solvent VOC stuff) that apply here.
