Has anyone switched from Perceptionist to Full Circle??

Just curious who has used perceptionist and have switched to Full Circle/Service Monster? I currently use Perceptionist and they are oK but nothing spectacular.They charge $20.00 per job booked, but it seems they just give the information and either the customer books or the don't. They also don't offer package selling in which I would like to try. I am a one man band and it is nice to have the phone answered when I can't. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated!

Advice: Use Full Circle.

Not sure I've heard one bad thing about them.

They've made my life sooooooooooooo much easier and they free up my time to make more money.
