On October 5th I "cleaned" the second location of our fave Huevo's joint.
I posted it about it but as a recap, it was the dirtiest carpet I've Cimex'd to date. I used 20 ounces per gallon of Damon's EncapStore LOL and VacA Way's Peroxide encap (10 oz each) I also pre sprayed the areas lightly with the 02 product. Ammonia was used to boost as well.
The first time I was there I HWE'd and I probably would have this time as well had my 370 pump been up to par and I had a helper with me.
A dozen or more cotton and Micro pads were used to follow the Cimex. All of which were dripping brown oooz and I probably could have gooped up 20 more, had I had them.

After many passes and post padding, which was like running a wand over watching the pads suck up the greasy and pancake syrup, I left the place with the carpet LOOKING 90% improved.

I FULLY expected a call the next day from a disappointed owner

No word other than setting up two appointments in January for both locations.

Yesterday I took Jim Bardwell there for breakfast..

As you can see in the back ground, the carpet looked AMAZING!
This location is even busier than the other and their's after any method, looks horrible in 3 weeks. Keep in mind that I only used 4 ounces per gallon of Releasit RTU to encap that location.

My first though when I walked in was, OMG, they hire someone to clean it after me...

Then I eye'd the manager and we both looked at the carpet and he gave me the thumbs up.

Moral of the story?

Shampoo Polymers really work.
The carpet stays cleaner longer.
Even in greasy situations.

But I will apply my old fashion solvent laden prespray with the Cimex and Zipper it the next time because gravity and logic tells me it's the right thing to do.

Maybe I'll post spray some Pixie Dust on just for the hell of it.

I've got a yuuuuuuuuuuuge medical building to clean this Sunday.

It's got 25ish exam rooms, 14 Doctors offices, plenty of hallways, conference room, reception area, and yuuuuuuge waiting room.

It's getting the Cimex and will look FANTASTIC.

It will take myself, 1 long day of work.

An easy day of work behind Big Yella.

Oh, it's on the 3rd floor too. It would be a practical nightmare to attempt with a truck...and it wouldn't look as good.
