Have you bucket tested your Hydro Force?

I've been meaning to do this forever and finally got around to it today.

My 7 year old Dema valve with no colored tip is drawing from a 5 quart jug enough concentrate to create 12 gallons of RTU pre spray.

Since I use so much Peroxide I think 12 is just about perfect.



Do HF owner that don't use the colored metering tips have less draw problems?

I have no problems with mine, but i was going to get the colored ones for protectant.

I think I am going with a batt. sprayer though.

Has anyone hydro forced for protectant before?

seems like you would put down way to much.

I use a pump up and hate it.

For protector the OMNI (or probably most battery sprayers) are pretty aweseome. They put the protector down quick and easily. It takes more time for pre-spray with one for sure but protector is quick.

9.6:1 ratio, can't complain about that.
Test again in 3 months.

A standard hydro with no tip should be kicking out at 4 or 5 to 1. meaning from a 5 qt jug you should only get 20 to 25 quarts or 4 or 5 gal. It never hurts to run some concentrated acid rinsr through the jug from time to time to keep the detergent build up down.

That being said I have 4 HF and none have the same mix ratio. RESULTS WILL VARY. :D
