I think it's Cooper's little empire. He is persona non grata here and even on TMF where he had a falling out with Rob. I probably bought things from his EBay store though I don't pay much attention to the sellers.Seems to be a straight shooter.

WOC was originally between Jeff Ellis and Bill Calvert, Bill the salesman and Jeff the computer and website guy. They went their separate ways a few years back. Jeff kept WOC as a web-sales site.
