We got notice last night that one of our crew leaders, Damon Thompson, passed away. Not sure of the circumstances yet but he was 44 years old and had worked for us for over 20 years. He always had a smile on his face (except for this picture). He was a bigger guy but had a gentle, folksy way about him. Customers loved him.

He had a lot of tough breaks in his life. He was in a car accident where he was ejected from the car and broke his neck. He was off work for a couple of years but battled back. He also survived Legionnaires disease a couple of years ago. Whenever adversity hit, he always bounced back!!

We'll miss him.

Wow, sorry to hear that. I think someone who has worked for you that long becomes more than an employee. He'll leave a hole in your company for a while. Way to young to go. Sorry for your loss

I'm sorry Brian. When people are with you that long, and become part of your work family, its very hard.

We lost a fellow who worked here several years ago, and we still talk about him and how he is missed.
