This is something the one and only Lee Senter put together that will be included in the upcoming new revision of the s100 carpet cleaning standards.
While it's not part of the standards it's merely helpful suggestions to keep your ass out of trouble.

- interior floors slippery? Potentially slippery when wet? Signage posted as needed?
-interior floors can be damaged by water, cleaning solutions?
-walls, steps, cornerbeads protected from damage
-cords running through or under doors?

A good reminder for overworked or distracted owner operators too.

I get more than a few calls from guys who have had problems because they neglected something while multi-tasking, using their phones, or trying to deal with a chatty or nervous ā€œhelicopterā€ customer.
