We are HCP users and like it very much. Who has experience with there online booking feature and do you like it?

We use it and like it. I'd like to see some additional features added that allow us to tweak a few things, like assigning an amount of time to each service. Right now customers can book in spots way too small for the services they're requesting. That's been the only negative I've seen with it so far. In those instances, I just call or email to explain the situation and suggest other possible dates where we have enough time.

It lets you set up blocks of time, however big you want, for the customer to choose, but we can set up a 2 hr block and a 4 hour block and they could pick the smaller one when they need the larger. If there's a way to add amount of time per room or per service, I don't know about it. I'm not saying it's not user error, so let me correct myself. I just checked the site again and I don't think that feature exists.

Fortunately I know another tool that will and it can sync with the HCP Calendar through GCAL. Jus Sayin'

That Sucks!!! Online booking must be fading into the past. LOL (signed...the second hardest working drone!) Lol
Maybe you're marketing at the wrong time!
It works Mikey, but you must tell, make it easy and give it time. I don't know much about Squares approach, but I am guessing that it is all about the issues with this thread. (I will now go find out, but I have been busy being the 2nd busiest drone)
Here is one of my latest clients first 45 days on the other side of the country, and yes he is a HCP user.
He is now 60 days in and 114 online bookings... Still here and still working hard

I was just on this carpet cleaners site and asked an obvious questions as noted in the green box lower left. On the right is my chat box with them. Really! We wonder why people ignore these "forms" that waste their time? Asked to choose a 2-3 hour amount of work, then given a 1 hour window, then they tried to rationalize it with chat. OMG... give them what they want - Real-time.
