That's awesome! We send hand written thank yous to every job we do and I truly believe in them, it's a lost habit in the service business.

Got mine in the mail today too.

Definitely correct, he is on top of his game and it actually really felt good to get that note in the mail.

I've got to say, his clients have got to feel the same way getting a hand written note from him.

His clients are very lucky to have him and his crew/family as their service people!
