190-200? Maybe more and maybe way less. Depending on how you do it.

Truckmount gauge reads 235 on my Prochem Legend with 150 feet of solution and vacuum hose...what temps am I getting at the wand? Using 4 jetted titanium sapphire wand.

steel braid hose?
I'd guesstimate 170 or so
spray that hits the fiber will be closer to 130-140

no need to guess though.
you can buy a digital meat thermometer for like six/eight bucks at Harbor Freight

plug in a loose QD to sol line, open the valve and measure water temp coming out .
That will be temp at wand

Now hook the wand up, lay thermometer on carpet and jet spray the probe

It depends a lot not on just the number of jets but also the size of jets and also the pressure your running at and wand technique

measure it like Larry said then decide if you want to try and tweak it in anyway

to add to that..
distance the atomized spray travels is a YUGE too

hunnert years ago I did lots of tests in winter and summer with different wands, solution lines (steel braid and Parker) as well length of them

99.37% of CC'ers have never gotten more the 150 degrees at the fiber
87.99942% don't get much over 120 ATF

Most I ever got to the fiber was 180.
272 temp at TM
running 75ft of Parker in summer w/Ti wand and 12 flow jetting
It took 30-40 seconds of continuous flow to reach that temp .
Normal wand duty cycle never made it over 150 to the fiber

At what temp does the valve start popping?

depends on the PSI some
but around 220 ATM
above 240 it starts hissing and popping when triggered ...and the sound goes to a "pop spray" to a "tearing/ripping" spray sound as it transitions above 230-240 ATW

also cooks valves too soon and rarely ever needed/wanted to run above 240
(exceptions might be if doing a rathole full of chewing gum)
You can liquefy gum and wand out most gum with mega heat rig

another exception is when poly or olie carpet aren't responding as well as should
(and too lazy to roto scrub)
Running above 240 can make a difference there too
