Heat exchanger?

Does anyone know where I can get heat exchanger for a blueline champ?

Started leaking really bad so took it in and it cost me $400 to get it fixed and it still leaks. They just said the other one is probably bad too, so its gonna be another $400.

Is there any other place I can get this fixed, I mean to small engine repair shops work on machines like this? or can I get the part anywhere.

Any help would be great.

I know its not a great truckmount but all Ive got right now.
