Hi Bob;

What kind of abuse are you going to subject the HX to ???

They are innocent victims of many types of improper treatment.

Matt, I'm looking for the brass and copper shell and tube type like you sent me before!
I called Champ and they are on a "as ordered" basis...that means a six week wait period.
I don't think i abuse them as i usually never run over 500 to 600 lbs....

With as expensive as copper is nowadays, is there a big difference in price in comparison to Stainless? (which is stronger)

WWW.grainger.com. They used to carry what were called oil coolers. SteamVac and HydraMaster used these on all early HX models. Will handle 800PSI unless you hooked up ass backwards. They still handled the pressure, but, the outter copper case would sure swell out of shape...

2 or 3 could be hooked in series for great heat transfer.

Bob;

Our HX's are all-stainless tube-in-water-bath. Copper will be short-lived.

For tough commercial grout cleaning you will need 1200 PSI.

600 PSI is OK for carpet cleaning.

Hi Bob:

I have one of the HeliCoil exchangers that White Majic, Prochem, and Butler used to use. It has been tested and I have photos. I will sell it for $350. Sells new for over $1000
