Help - Maintenance schedules needed!

We are in the process of revising our truck maintenance schedules. Want to make a master calendar for the year that includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly (think inspection, renew registration etc). for the vans.

Rather than re-invent something, I was hoping my fellow MBers might be willing to share what they have already. I always love seeing how different folks organize this info and what tools/layout they use.

Meg download Car Care demo, its free and if you like it just pay $39.95 for the license. It works well, you can to so much with as far as maintenance and record keeping. It well work the cost of the software.

Thanks, Richard. But I don't think that would include truck mount and tool maintenance....Isn't that just for the auto?

You can set the TM's up as its own file with dates for maintenance reminders.

You could do the same with the tools but then you'll need the larger license which is $99.00 but allows 100 entries.
