help with an oil leak

The pic is not the best........... I have a TCS chief....

On the back of the 24 hp honda engine........... Where the honda muffler is at on the back oil is leaking around the screws where the muffler is attached..... I think.. Am i about to blow a seal or what is this? Its nto that bad and the dipstick is right on

Clean up all of that gook and ID the exact source of the leak.

Do a compression test.
Could be a leak in the head gasket.
