I'll get to the last room or so and the wand flow will drop(a lot), to the point of no flow. If I wait a few minutes it(pressure) does seem to catch up, but only for a few passes.

Will a homes water pressure fluctuate enough to make the water box not keep up?

Or is this a pump issue? Maybe a float in the waterbox sticking, it does seem to be random when it happens?

Any thoughts or tests I can try?

as soon as this happens you need to go and look at the water box to see if there is any water in it....
if not then it could be the float....

if there is..... then it could be the unloader/regulator....or..a clogged screen on the machine...a clogged orfice in the machine...a clogged filter on the wand.......
or a few other things that I am not coming to mind right now...........

Could be an air leak. Air is getting in the pump. Maybe from the chemical meter.

Is it always the last room? Does your chem jug run dry and sucks air from there?

Bill, Would air have to get in it every time for this to happen or just once. Might have happened a while back. Turned to prime before jug was on.:hopeless:

Sure seems like it. Last 5x5 area!

No never.

That's what I need, Jim. A list of things to check!

Thanks

Every time I have experienced this it has been a supply pump issue. Like others have said go straight to truck ( I shut off the water pump) then check water box. If it is out of water check to make sure water is being pumped in from supply pump, if not you may have a wire or connector shorting out. Installers usually use male/female connectors of some sort and that may be a problem.

Jerry;

One thing that could be happening is water getting hot from bypass in pump.

Some machines will heat the water in bypass, which leads to pressure loss temporarily.

What type of TM do you have ?

And where does the pump bypass go ?

On another note,

how have the Dynachem products been performing for your cleaning operation.

Thanks;

Larry

Jerry;

I'm glad the Dynachem products are performing well.

After looking at the video, I would change to a different aspect.

Pressure fluctuating that much, while spraying continuously is unusual.

Air intake is one thing that can cause it.

Inadequate flow to the pump is another candidate.

We would troubleshoot by hooking directly to the pump inlet from a 5 gal bucket kept full of water.

That would eliminate everything on the inlet side of the pump.

If it still fluctuates, then it is the pump, regulator or outlet plumbing.

i saw the bubbles in the dywers ...
yor sucking air

I watched it like six times didn't see any bubbles!

If it's air, the only two places the air can get in is - my chem feed and water supply hose. Would that be generally correct?
How would I get the air currently in it out?

Hey, thanks again guys.

sometimes you can tighten the top or bottom brass a tad too tight
the crack won't show.....but it WILL suck air...
the camera didn't stay on the meter but a half second at the end...and i saw bubbles
