Why no "cold" water hook up from the fresh tank for HFing and Wool jobs?

There is no wobble at all as a matter of fact it is more stout now then it was before.. I braced under the truck with angle Iron and that tightened the floor

The floor of the truck gives alot.

please show me how to hook up so I can have cooler water for wool and some UPH..
