My Steam Genie is working great except one little issue... when I tried to turn her on today I got nothing (kinda like my wife these days, so I'm used to that.)

Anyways, the issue is electrical, the fuse on the SG panel seems fine, the manual says there is another fuse which I have yet to find, it says it's under the dash, I assumed the vehicle dash. I looked for a while but couldn't find it. I will root around some more tomorrow for the elusive second fuse, but I wanted to ask you if there was something else I should be looking for?

I don't have a wiring diagram for this thing, any help would be greatly appreciated.

See if the float ball in the waste tank is stuck in the up position.

On both of my SG it's always been one of two things.

1. A wire has come off the dash switch.

2. The harness just inside the front cover has a loose connection

Number ONE tool every cc should have on their truck is a circuit tester....
one of those little pokey things wit a wire an' alligator clip..........
the alligator clip thingy is the ground and you poke the point at a terminal or a switch or even into a wire....
it lights up if theres juice there.........
start at the battery if need be and work towards the machine till the light doesn't come on...
THAT'S where the problem is.........

hey boys an' girls ...
this IS NOT rocket science!

Well... I actually have one of those, and a full blown volt meter as well. I was just hoping for a short cut before I had to check out the entire wiring system.

Art gave you the short cut....however I take that whole circuit OUT as it IS a problem area wit ANY cleaning unit....
after you clean long enough...
you "learn" when the waste tank needs to be emptied!

but other than that...
take yor little pointy thingy and go straight to the circuit breaker or fuse on the panel...
and see if theres juice there.......
