That blower exhaust HX looks like a great addition for any pto unit, especially the Steam Genie, though you will be reducing the flow of vacuum in order to capture that heat. I wouldn't use less that a #5 blower which was never available from Steam Genie which was the reason I bought my White Magic in 1987.
And what's with this from Matt:
"I was getting 235-245 degree water coming out of the machine all day long. It is only 40 degrees outside and I was running a 2 jet wand with 9502's at 500 psi., cold water only coming into the machine. With the wand keyed open constantly it would not drop below 225. I'm very impressed with his exchangers! "
Four flow? Go up to 12 flow and that temp will fall below 220 for sure. Still great heat from the old machine.
