According to the MSDS, looks like it's basically mineral spirits, dilute ammonia, and diatomaceous earth. Bet you could make it for less than $16 a pint. :shock:

I have to look at some stained concrete tonight that is in the owners words "dirty." The floor was stained, sealed, and a couple of coats of finish were mopped on. I haven't seen the floor, but I have a feeling the floor is going to need to be stripped and recoated and that is a lot of work. It is 25 small rooms, a couple hallways, and a loby. I would like to use a good cleaner like Hot Springs, scrub with a red or green pad, rinse with sx-12 and mop a couple coats of finish on. If the finish is worn out and dirty then this job is going to be a pita.
