Yes I run a 15 flow on my greenhorn wand. I use 2 inch hose runs to my butler. The high flow has down wonders for my commercial accounts. All my accounts have less than 150 feet runs. You have a lot of flexibility with this set up. It does flush out alot of kaka from the carpets. But carpets stay cleaner longer. I tried the 2.5 hose and it just wasn't for me. My van did not have the room, and I like the live reels. Ron

Here's my take on this. If you have a 45, or bigger, blower, you can do it if you have a glided wand, but if you have a 36, like me, you need to convert to 2.5.

I did, and it improved my vacuum by about 1 mm hg.

Ron I have a new Butler with the High heat OP. I am running two half in hose first 100 ft.which has helped a lot. I have a greenhorn wand with 12 flow and does not seem to clean very well. I have the pressure up at 500 and all i am getting is a mist not a real flow of water. What am I doing wrong?

You got a pugged filter or your check valves are too tight or a faulty QC coupler or your PSI gage is busted.

Or all of the above.

700 ATM with 12 flow is a house full of steam! I have been flowing 12 for a while, it is by far faster dry times than 6 flow, standard on prochem quadjets.

I love my maxx 470, but I don't know how much more flow it will take. I think I would have to upgrade the pump.

Holy crap Steve, feel free to pick up the phone, 2 min. solution.

ps: 012 flow for some guys is barely 2 gpm, your pump had better be able to support that or I'd be calling the TM mfg. with an ear full.

Now that said 012 may very well be the sweet spot for flow and heat for your unit, if it's working for you, continue to march!

no steam if you are || that far from the carpet with the jets...

keeps the heat and humidity down

Thanks guys for the info. This is a brand new truck . Checked the wand first made adjustments checked filters. If the carpet is fairly clean I will go back to using the Butler wand. If it is trashed I will use the RX20 followed by the greenglide. I really like this wand but i can not spend 2 hours cleaning a one bedroom apt. This is what i did on wed. and it was not that dirty just a few spots. I might change the jets to 10 flow and see how this works out.

How about you just flow test the wand, it it seems light, then remove the jets and adjust the check valves to allow more flow.

Then get back to making money at 600 psi.
