Most of my customers are fairly wealthy and rarely talk money. Their main concern is how much inconvenience will I cause. Get in ,get out, and most important, don't cause any disruptions. When done I simply give them a bill and they pay. One person today questioned me about price but didn't blink when I gave it to her.
