Do any of you have a tech(s) that generate enough requests on repeats to fill the majority of their schedule? Do you pay them more than the others or a bonus?
When I was in the truck I acted as a regular technician. In the year I spent in the van we experienced a great # of requests for myself from referrals and repeaters, much more than any of our techs have been able to achieve.
I'm going to offer significant pay based incentives for techs with better than XX% request per month. Any suggestions what % would be a reasonable but high goal? None of our guys have been cleaning carpet for us more than 2 years at this point.
