Hello, my name is ****** ******, and I'm the Customer Order Specialist for the flooring department at the Soquel Home Depot store, and I wanted to inquire in your carpet cleaning services. Today I had a customer who came into our store who wanted to use her final cleaning in her Protection Plan that The Home Depot provided it's customers in 2010. However this customer came in 7 days after her plan expired and this is a program that THD does not provide any more.

Myself and the store manager still feel compelled to help this customer receive her last garanteed cleaning. I wanted to inquire what rates your services would provide to carpet clean approximately 82SY at their residence in Aptos, and inquire what you would need to know from us regarding this customer.

Two weeks ago I finally regained a customer that I lost to the Home Depot carpet sales - Chem Dry cleaning deal. The customer thought they were getting "free" cleanings, nothing is free sir... Now that the deal is over they came back to me.
