who here cleans for hospitals?
what products do you use?
what equipment you use there?
how do you deal with places being open 24hrs a day at the hospital?
contracts?

We've some cleaning at them but not a lot. We've done a lot of water losses for the two major hospitals here in town. We've been working since spring on a large project cleaning upholstery for one of them. We have just have the cancer center next month with 60 pieces left to do.

Standard chems. If fact they have never even asked for a MSDS.

I think you'd need to call on the facilities manager and hope they having a tough time with their inhouse cleaning or whom ever they use.

Usually they have union cleaners.

We do have a tile/grout monthly job but thats it.

I'm usually the PM assigned to clean up after disaster strikes...at least seems that way...may be due to the attention to detail and quick turn around. ...been in couple dozen hospital across the country...
