Anybody use one as a prescrubber?...and heavy are they?

I love mine, kick ass compared to getting out a op with a pad to pre scrub. much faster and digs in a lot deeper, I would go with the slow speed on cgd.

I have one and it works good, it is fairly lite and has a convient handle. They really pull the hair out.

Only pain is you need to rinse it off after each use. Doesn't take long but you have to pick up the hair in drive.

Occasionally it will throw a hair ball out when it gets packed around the brushes.

But all in all it's a great machine, check local jani's and nursing homes and see if they have one to sell.

Another thing, get the zebra brushes. I have a white set and black, the zebra is a combo of both. Have used it a bunch to prescrub tile n grout too.

Scrub, vacuum. encap, pile set, dig bags of hair out of carpets,.... Naw - I don't get much use out of mine. :wink: Oh, and you can use it to clean with the sponges too!
