First attempt:
Precondition: Neutral Shampoo, Oxidizing Bleach, Solvent Booster
Rinse: Acid Rinse.
70% improvement, light hair oil stain remaining, some stubborn water stains, and wicked soil around edges.
Second attempt:
Bridgepoint Traffic Slam (Note: NOT a typical alkaline carpet prespray; special surfactant system does not "wet out" the fabric like a typical "glycol ether/delimonene" prespray would. Works well on oil loving polyester and olefin fibers)
Extract: Acid Rinse.
Post Application of Encapsulant with peroxide.
Extracted with orbital buffer, then rinsed again and dried with airmovers in a humidity controlled environment for rapid drying.
Looked like new.
NOTE: With non colorfast fabrics like this, such a process is EXTREMELY risky, and should not be attempted without a complete understanding with your customer, thorough neutralization and rinsing, and very rapid drying.
I am testing formulations with less total alkalinity to see if I can get the same results.
