I made it a point not to look.

Unbelievable how we, the ham 'n egger, get to bail out all the people who make stupid decisions AND lose retirement funds to boot. Things are going to get ugly.

I am thinking about cashing out, putting it into a self directed IRA and buy another business. At least I have some say so to what's going on.

What I don't know can't hurt me...

I'm just glad Alex is only 9, I'd also not be interested in seeing how his college savings plan fared.

Oil is at a 7 month low. To bad wholesale gas is up.

I didn't loose a dime. I only invest in real estate which is still appreciating just a little in this area.

Like Ron said, the stock market is a long term investment, and historically has always gone up and down. Just don't retire this year.

Read Rich Dad's Advisor Series- Investing in Gold and Silver (just came out).

Silver Bullion is the way to go in the near future.

Lehman Brother is nothing compared to AIG, if AIG doesn't get a cash infusion of around 100 Billion they will have to file for bankruptcy on Wednesday

Down $6100 today at 9 AM.

With my main gold mining companies and oil companies down, I bought a bunch.

Should pop up tomorrow, and I will be sitting pretty.

Or not.

If they go down again, I will be back to eating dog food and day old Twinkies.

Well, at closing today, with the pop up of gold and oil today, I was only $1800 down from yesterday.

So, no day old Twinkies for dinner tonight.
