How do you clean your SEBO machine after pre-agitating?

For those of you who use these for pre agitation?

If you hose off the inside don't you take the risk of getting water in the motor?


Don't they gum up after pre-agitating with them??

I flip mine on the side, turn it on and hose cuff the brush with the vac hose while it is running.

same as Kevin, also once a week (or so) I take the brush's off soak em in a bucket full of sanitizer, then hose them down good. They do get nasty after awhile.

You are correct. There is a janitorial company that selling there used ones on Ebay under Windsor Dri-matic. $139-179 price range. They work good for what it is. Beats the rake if you ask me.

I take my "DriMatic"...turn it over...turn it on...use the provided brush and hold it against the brushes as they turn...vacuum all the hair and fiber away...pretty simple.

if you tip it on its side with the motor up, you can spray it out without getting the motor wet.
Mostly I just vacuum it off with the TM hose.

Oh, spray the ends of the brushes with some WD40 every now and then. Had a little rust develop on mine.

Mines didn't come with a brush..

I did however use a nap comb to clean it then vacuum in.
