How do you guys charge for urine decontamination & red stain

Do u charge for each urine spot or per gallon of osr, and on red stains do you charge per stain or use time as your determining cost factor?

OSR by the Qt or Gal. Red stain depends on what your looking at, 1 or 2 little spots just quote the price, if your looking at a home day care with blotches and spots all over quote the by time price.

OSR $55 per gallon, red stain depends but $20 to $60 for most.
