I think I served about 550 last year. My schedule is maxed out most of the year. If more people would call in the slower months I could hit 800 or so without a problem. The problem is everybody wants it done in the summer or right before the holidays.

I'm toying with the idea of a peak season rate. As a mom n pop op we are swamped all summer, but s l o w thru the winter. if the airlines, gas stations hotels can do it why can't we?
