When do you call the references?

Whom do you use for the drug, and or criminal/background checks.

Call the references before you interview.

2 minimum, sometimes 3. References are rarely called (who would give one that wouldn't be good) though past employers are often called.

If you pm me I'll have my HR person get you the method for background checks. Ddrug testing can be done at any clinic, but make sure you become a Drug Free Workplace before you bring that into the equation and that you are willing to follow whatever guidelines you set up for being one.

Hired through a temp agency. Temp to hire.
You still get to interview, you just get a better group to choose from. Any time with in 90 days you don't like the guy, get another
