How many miles in a day walking, do carpet cleaning....

Been running a pedometer because my phone had an app that just did it.

Found out I am averaging about 5 miles a day (over 10,000 steps)

Monday....was over 25,000 steps and 13.2 miles.....and I have help! That was the first day of townhomes at a resort and a restaurant that night.

no wonder we are whooped out!

I did it for a while. I averaged about 7.2 miles day. Years ago I had a small one you attach to your belt. I hooked it to the head of the wand and was really shocked. I can't remember the numbers but they were high.

Found my lil counter and hooked it to my belt....

Logged 5120 step here at the house on Tuesday, No jobs.





Then I lost the dang thing!
