I was doing a little math in my head trying to figure out why everyone is getting all these joint aches and pains including me.

So how many wand strokes do you guys think you do on:
1000 sq ft of carpet(average home)

Add up the jobs you do a day..per. Week..month...year
And this may answer our breaking down of our bodies after so many years.

I've been saving myself for the long haul. :p

I've been cleaning since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I was due for a break...before I broke.

(2) back and forth 3ft x 1ft= 3ft

1000sq/ft/3sq/ft= 333.33 back & forth stokes, conservatively. :eekk:

Overlap and cross strokes on heavily impacted areas will add to the total.

Too many to count. My elbow lets me know when it's time to replace my Greenglide though. When the tendonitis starts acting up, it's time. I had a pretty bad back injury one time and bought a Rotovac to use until it healed. Which reminds me. I need to get some disability insurance.

Either way. I believe we have a certain limited number of wand strokes....

Like small engines we have on our truck mounts they are rated at so many revolutions before they quit working??

I am working toward 0 wand strokes as I am looking forward to use the zipper exclusively.....but only time will tell!

Thanks for the input
