$120 for studio, $150 for 1-bedroom, $200 for 2- bedroom

Yeah.

That is what the job is worth.

With that volume his expectation might be to pay a 3rd of that.

Good luck with it Mikey

I hope you win it and get a decent return

What I have learned about rental apartment complexes.

Their most important consideration is price, low, low price! They will entice saying they will give you plenty of work.

The last idiot got tired of their caca!

Only do them if they are in the ghetto and full of minorities

LOL...been there

years ago I rolled up to a 6 unit building in da hood
a young good looking Nubian steps out of the end unit and hollers at me

"hey white boy, bet you'd like some 'a dis"
as she shows me her boob (fo-reel)

I just smiled and went about my business
(but only cause my wife's married ..or I wooda)

Not sure what it is like Stateside but here Indians love to haggle. They need that discount.

Armed with that knowledge I always put my price up at the get go.

After a minute or so of haggling I give in to them telling them I admire their negotiating skills.

And I get my normal price and usually get the job.

here in Sac County it’s gotta be like every other big metro area, give us yer price list. I get 1/2 dozen price list requests every year for same. If you have a multi-truck crew that is as flexible as home depot day laborers yet highly trained repair and stain removal exerts then you will make a killing at getting completed work orders in the 90 day pipeline to get paid. It is very much like water/smoke damage work in that you need a bankroll to get you to the next pay cycle.

Did she lift her shirt or her skirt to whip it out?

My cousin lost his son like that. He went into the apartment with girl and the boyfriend was there with a gun. He fought the robbery and was shot.

Cousin is a cop. Tough way to lose a son.
