How much do you charge for urine stains using 1 gallon of OSR?

$30.00 minimum plus chem usage on top of regular cleaning charge.

I'm right around where sweendog is. $40 per gallon with volume discounts for a lot of pee.

you should charge enough for cleaning that a few piss poodles come with it at no charge.

Yeah that is a given.. but I won't have to pull out and mix up OSR for a few poodle poodles. If I need OSR, its pretty pad. Otherwise O2 and a little water clawing, or redline with oxi will take care of it.
