As an owner op currently cleaning tile, how do I break into the stone arena? I get quite a few requests for cleaning stone and as time goes on I see more and more of it in homes. What's there to look out for, what should I be doing different. Should I lower my deductible?

Stone in general are going to more absorbant, often softer in terms of the sedimentary side and react easier to extreme chemicals especielly the acid sides. When dealing with stone, the cost of replacement is often twice as much as a desent porcelain tile. They should be sealed more often to prevent staining, heavy soil build up and some stone requires polishing after so many years like Marble. I'm sure others will chime in, but a good class is a smart decision to invest in to start with.
