Hey! You have to wait until the end of the month to start these things.

This will be my best Nov ever and my best month ever.

As of yesterday I surpassed my unatainable goal for this month.

Hot Dog, thank God.

Trying not to brag too much and ruin it.

I'm with Brian~ there are still 5 more days in the month so this thread seems premature. We will most likely exceed busget by a bit.

Ken
Ps If every month is not year over ye,ar your best month ever something is wrong with your marketing or customer retention/referral process in my opinion. I don't get why someone would ever need to say it is there best month ever~ makes no sense to me.

Just happy about success there Ken.

I agree with what you said but I will admit that I did better some months than others this year.

Great month. Very busy with a great average per job.

Lots of new clients.

The trouble is here comes December.

We'll see....

Last year it went dead when we recieved 4 feet of snow around Dec 10th.

Too crappy to clean in that stuff anyway.

People had to dig out their mail boxes.Lots of stuck cars.

The economy is really affecting some parts of the country. Every month can't always be the best ever. For my company my longterm clients don't clean as often as they used to. So, I have develped ways to drive more new client to my company.

Also, Lots of companies are starting up as people lose their jobs they start cleaning businesses.

You really have to be at the top of your game.

You can't just place a big ad and sit back and wait for the phone to ring.

Hey guys I think I was misunderstood. I meant year over year months, not November vs any other month this year.

If a business is going to survive long term it must grow, so this November would naturally be over last years November just as this years May is ideally over last years May. There can be blips over the course of a year or even a year when for some reason it is less than a prvious year, but if the trend isn't upward it will ultimately be downward.
