As I understand it a carpet voucher is a $20 certificate good towards their next cleaning or redeemable for cash. They are given out for referrals so I guess they are part of the referral system.

The newsletter is also just another way to give Joe an end less stream of cash.

Joe makes most of his money on the back end (after sale)

I prefer to market without sounding like a sleazy car salesman
or offering free carpet cleaning,or word plays.

His marketing tactics are becoming date, overused and most consumers are wising up to this manipulative marketing.
