Hows your 2010 been??

Mine has just been flowing....

Bought a biz in April/May...its grossed me about an extra $1000 a mth with out even pushing it..(bought it mostly for the machine)

People always ask hows biz...I reply "steady and constant" which is always good.....

Nov, and Dec has gone through the roof.....Some of my commercial work pays net 30....my bills for Jan are already covered :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Paid my truck off in Nov....Personal Vehicle this mth...refi-the house in july (self employed and got it refi woot woot :shock: :shock: :shock: )

Going into 2011 i think my monthly out go will shrink about $1500 a mth personal and biz

now time to get the CC paid off...so if it slows off again i got my cushion somewhat amus somewhat amus somewhat amus

I've not counted, but I had 4 record months.
One was last FEB..

Over all sales are up over 2010..

2nd van does not have a track record, so all weeks are records for that one.
Got a good guy running it part time, doing mainly comm and rentals.
