has any body changed over there stock head on this machine from the 5 jet head to the 3 cone jet head the steamway dealer ship i buy my chemicals said i could plug up two of the jets and it would work fine has any one done that thanks campusman

stick to the 5 jets. the cone jets are imo not that good plus are like 60 bucks apiece! Also get some glides from Greenie. better results too!

I have done the conversion many times for customers and it is not that hard...I would highly recommend buying a set of Green Glides for your RX20...It will help with dry times like you wouldn't believe....
If you own an Rx 20 then you should own a set of Green Glides for it...

I haven't noticed any better dry times using glides over the HE heads but there is a loss of agitation with glides. I also got away from the cone jets, did not care for them. 8)
