Hydroforce revolution problems!

My revolution will not suck the chemical. Water does come out though. but with a shhhh sound.. The chemical knob turns around more than once on the dial without stopping is this normal... We put our hand on the solution hose sucker and its barely sucking anyone know what could be wrong. I have had it for 3 months... I got a few of them brand new for $129 a piece a great deal i thought..

I looked at my receipt it was only 89 bucks

First thing to check, unscrew the cap that holds the draw tube and pull it off. A little s/s ball will fly out followed by a spring. When you find those two things (they can go pretty far, check under the refrigerator), check to see if the spring has crap in it clogging it. Put the spring back in then the ball then the cap.

Thanks but you at the bottom of the tube i saw the ball but no spring.
