My hydroforce injection sprayer will not quit spraying even when not keyed. I pulled it apart and cleaned the filters and screens but it didn't help. Any tips or troubleshooting advice greatly appreciated!
Thanks Mike! I'll take a look tomorrow? What fails in the trigger? I'm guessing a spring or seal?get a new trigger, if it can't be taken apart and dealt with individually.
It must seat in the bottom of that valve?Ace Hardware $.30 fix.
Tried several different O-rings today and it made things worse. I think they were to fat. I think I'll order the replacement valve and pull it apart to see what the proper seals and O rings are. Then I can have a rebuilt spare on hand.
Thanks Fred! Exactly what I needed!
As time passes, we try to have at least one replacement for every contingency possible. I think they are more expensive at the website you provided but I'll check into it a little more. I think heat is what ends up causing these injection sprayers to fail. If they have better heat resistance it will be worth itJust buy another spray gun from a car wash supplier.
